Player's Complaint

I have deposited a total of £1100 into PWR bet over a period of time and recently they advised they were no longer trading in the UK but advised I can still withdraw. I processed the withdrawl for a total of £1279. I have had my account verified and all ID supplied and sent numerous emails with no response. The withdrawals were processed on the 14th and fear they will not actually pay out.

With the greatest of respect you need to give the operator a little more time before looking for 3rd party intervention. With the recent issues that PWR Bet have experienced with their UK license it would not be unusual for payments to take a little longer than usual. If you haven't received your funds by Friday the 1th of October let us know and I'll follow-up with the operator for you.

As far as the safety of your funds - as EveryMatrix are in the process of trying to get their license reinstated they will still be complying with UK license requirements to keep player funds segregated.
