Hi I deposited £50 with PWR BET and after checking out the site I decided it was of poor quality so didn’t place any bets and withdrew my deposit instantly. They sent email saying to provide kyc documents which I did they said thanks and that they need 24-48 hours to process. After 48 hours I email is kyc sorted they reply need another 24-48 hours an then another 48 hours pass I asked has kyc sorted they reply need another 48 hours hence why I’m here. Can u sort this for me and why have they a pass on your site

Hi sarahoh - welcome back!

I'm a little confused here. What was it that you saw after depositing that you couldn't see before you deposited that changed your mind about depositing? Once you have an account registered you should be able to see all the relevant areas of the site before processing a deposit and the operator would appear to offer much the same games as other operators you have played with.

Regardless, your activity would look suspect from a money laundering point of view to any operator. I'm not saying it is, but the complete lack of play is going to be the reason that you're now experiencing problems. I'll contact the operator and see what we can find out for you.

It’s been sorted the money was returned the confusion arises from them asking for kyc and there support not being insinc
