Hello!

I signed up for PWRBET in September 2019. Right after my registration, I submitted my documents as requested. a few days later I received an email and confirmation that my account was 100% verified.

So in December, a few days before Christmas, I made ECOPAYZ my first deposit of 150 BRL and got a 100% bonus.

If the rollover was completed correctly, I requested a withdrawal to my ECOPAYZ account in the amount of 1324 BRL (equivalent to 303.10 euros).

They give a 24 hour deadline for the withdrawal to be completed, but after 24 hours, I didn't receive my money. I contacted the live chat and spoke to IRIS, she confirmed to me that my withdrawal was approved by the industry and promised that the next day, the paying industry, would process my payment to my ECOPAYZ account.

It has been 4 days after the promised and I have not received any in my account.

The worst: I try to get in touch with live chat and email, and nobody answers me and nobody answers me.

I was always able to talk normally with live chat and email support, but I only asked for a withdrawal, which besides not paying me, they do not respond.

I am very worried as it is a high value (for me) and I need this money.

With the greatest of respect you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
