Player's Complaint

The casino sent me my withdrawal request being processed 5 days ago, and in the email Casino Rewards clearly stated 2 business days in pending mode. So last Thursday and Friday counts as 2 correct? I made a withdrawal of $1000 at 5:41 a.m. last Thursday the 14th of March 2019. And on the weekend which was difficult for me to continue waiting, I reversed the entire amount chunk by chunk just so I could win more. Please understand I heartily waited for so long for them to have it not in the pending stage anymore because the 2 business days have passed and I was still able to reverse it. I find that this was unjust from their part. I'm experiencing daily anguish due to not receiving my $1000. I generated a lot of skill and time to reach that amount. I've been depositing numerous times since, to make up for my withdrawal not received. Guys it's really hard to cope with. I want and need this money to survive. If I was them or any casino I'd undoubtedly would clarify to their players more in detail in regards to this process. Can you explain to Quatro that what's $1000 when during the course of a calendar year I spend just about that much on deposits. I despise feeling bitter on the inside, and showing it on the outside to everyone when this was not clear to me at all. I was holding on to all of my might for it to leave the pending phase when I woke up Saturday morning and it should've. From the goodness of your hearts since it's a first time occurence, will I be granted my $1000? Lastly, I just want to come across the painful fact that I've been having suicidal thoughts because of this nonsense from Quatro knowing that the money is non-existent in my bank account. I'm on a disability pension and pretty please something's got to give. My anxiety level will shoot up if I don't receive it. Prove me wrong! Good Night! pleasant dreams and please get back to me Okay!

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to help you in this situation. If you have already gambled with and lost your funds, there's no grounds for us to contest that. Had you won you would have expected to be paid. If you have an issue with a payment being delayed you need to approach us before playing with the funds.

I would also express significant concern about the impact that gambling appears to be having on your life and would seriously recommend that you consider contacting some of the help agencies found on our Responsible Gambling page.
