Player's Complaint
Played book of cleopatra slot on Friday evening and got a feature up after spin 6 it froze after winning a large amount, I spoke to their customer services and was told there was a technical issue and to carry on playing the next day but still had the same problem. It’s been two days now and the slot is still frozen in the feature I’ve been told it can take between 10 and 20 days to mend which I find unbelievable and totally unprofessional!

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
