Player's Complaint
Have a problem with Rabidi N.V. owned casinos.
I have reported my gambling problem to various different casinos owned by them. Latest was called House of Spades June 2023. They agreed and closed my account. Same did Dolly Casino and some other casinos in that same legal entity.
However, I was allowed to play their other casino today and last week, called Powbet. They closed that account also but do not refund although being same legal entity as many other casinos I’ve told my problem and asked them to close my account permanently.

Unfortunately the current Curacao regulatory system does not require operators to carry over self-exclusions to other properties they own/share the same license as them. Sadly our intervention won't change that.
