Hello I’m self excluded from rabona a rabidi nv casino but was recently following a relapse able to open a playzilla account ( the same rabidi nv casino as rabona) there was no kyc requirement despite 17500 e deposit which was lost. I complained to playzilla support who sent back an e mail looking for iban details for manual withdrawal. This was a few weeks ago and the site hasn’t replied and is now unresponsive to my e mails
Can you contact them on my behalf to progress things ? I realise the casino in question holds I think a curaçao license.
