every day i get told they have sent payment. I was told they were sent on 11/1/18 and then told today 18/1/18 that they had been stopped as they were sent to wrong account even though i double and triple checked the details with them prior to withdrawal. 930.98 was approved on 28/12/18 2123.91 on 05/01/18 and 2003.29 has been sitting there pending since the 12/01/18
I understand. I spoke to them yesterday on chat and they said that the payment they sent was going to wrong account so they stopped it. I has triple checked bank details before withdrawing and was told it was sent to right account in many chats and i have the transcripts. Now they are saying that because of the muck up with banking wire info the first withdrawal of 830 was stopped and resent. so until i receive that one i cannot have any of the others. the 830 was supposed to be sent on 17/01/18 and takes ten business days. I dont think i am going to see any of the money personally. I hope you have better luck. Trouble only began when neteller was no longer available to australians
