On Feb 11, 2017, I made three deposits of $30 each. No bonus offer was claimed on any of them. On the third deposit, had a nice hit and cashed out $2500. Documents were sent 2/13/2017. The casino declined the payment, removing all but $100 from my account. After numerous correspondence, funds were returned to my account. After sending documents 5 more times, docs were approved. I again submitted the withdrawal request on 3/11/17. It remains in the 'requested' state with no action, emails unanswered, and no explanation from live chat. I want my money wired now.
After harassing them daily for weeks, my check arrived today, less $40 processing fee. Now if it just doesn't bounce..... I strongly encourage anyone wishing to play here to RUN. I made the withdrawal request on 2/11. It took 2 months and 2 days to receive the money....and all in between, no one responded to email and live chat could only make excuses and thank me for my patience. I'm done with them.

The check has cleared and I have received my winnings! It took over two months, the money was removed from my account, the claim wrongfully declined, the money put back, sent documents 5 times. I will never play them again.....they can't - or won't - process withdrawals in a timely manner. Cathysga

Coincidentally I've just had feedback from the operators this morning saying the same thing (that being that they've paid). I'm really glad that you've received your money and entirely understand your frustrations with the delays.

While I will make efforts to contact this operator I need you to understand from the start that this is an operator that is routinely non-responsive to complaints posted with this service, they are the most complained about operator this year and they've been Blacklisted for these reasons. In short it's unlikely we'll receive any response from them.
Nevertheless I will make efforts to contact them and see if we can get anything back for you.
