Player's Complaint

I made two withdrawal requests on the 19th June. One for $1,000AU (which was denied by Raging Bull for reasons I don't understand). And one for $750 which I have [EDIT] attempting to follow up daily with emails and phone messages. I initially received responses via email, sometimes automated. However, for the past 2weeks I have received no replies at all. I have left voice messages and requested numerous callbacks. I received one callback on 21 Jun - Ref # 4416982, where I was advised the withdrawal was approved and had now been escalated as it had not been paid to me within the 10 days that they allow/guarantee that payment will he received. I am hoping you can advise me or assist me with obtaining my funds from Raging Bull. I have also continued to make small random deposits, so obviously they haven't cancelled my account. Thank you.
