Well I won $1000 a few months ago and when I went to withdrawl my winnings that were not won through any free bonus play or any bonus what so ever, well lets just say that the process has been torture. First I had to verify my account which unbelievably after a month and a half I accomplished that. When I put in for my withdrawl request I was told that I couldnt use bitcoin withdrawl method due to the fact that I hadnt ever used bitcoin as a deposit method and had used my bank card so I would have to put in for a wire transfer at which time I did that.....So after my account was approved I was told that my withdrawl request had to still be reviewed and approved before I would receive my winnings..I finally received an email stating my refund had in fact been approved on 10/24/2019 but I would have to provide my banks wire transfer info, which I had already did that but went ahead and sent it anyway at which time their response was that I would have to provide another bank because my bank was causing delays with any wire transfers done with the casinos clients so I provided another bank and was told that they couldnt wire transfer to that bank either at which time I expressed my frustrations to them letting them know that I felt as if I was getting the run around by them and that I would like a paper check and was told they couldnt issue me one of those either and I was told that I would have to provide another bank so I opened another bank account and provided the wire transfer info and was told that since the casino could not wire transfer to that bank either that I would be aloud to withdrawl through bitcoin all I needed to do was to provide a bitcoin wallet address at which time I provided a bitcoin wallet address and received an email from the casino stating that it was a bitcoin cash wallet address so they couldnt use it and would I please provide a bitcoin wallet address only so once again I went to my bitcoin wallet and got a new address for them to send it to and havent heard back from them for 6 days so I decided to go online and ask about it through live chat and also inquire about my $600 withdrawl request that was still pending for months also and was told by [EDIT] in live chat that I had to speak to a payment specialist about my $1000 withdrawal that was approved on 10/24/2019 and he would patch me through to them and was connected to someone named [EDIT] who told me I would have to provide another bank account and do a wire transfer since I didnt deposit with bitcoin and I told her I could provide her the email correspondence that said otherwise and she basically told me if I couldnt provide another bank account to wire it too that they couldnt issue me my withdrawl and she was ending the chat....could someone please give me advice on what to do next because I feel as if im getting the run around big time ...Thanks Stifferney530
Any help to try and resolve this is appreciated....although I am aware that I most likely will not receive my winnings I will make sure to put my story out there that this casino does not treat its players fairly and they are basically stealing money from their players until I either receive my winnings or they are shut down....

So out of the blue now the Raging Bull Casino has once again came up with yet another excuse as to why they have not issued my withdrawal to me yet and this time its due to them needing a different bitcoin address then the one I sent to them because the one I sent apparently was not a standard bitcoin address so I researched bitcoin addresses and used a wallet that used standard bitcoin addresses
So out of the blue now the Raging Bull Casino has once again came up with yet another excuse as to why they have not issued my withdrawal to me yet and this time its due to them needing a different bitcoin address then the one I sent to them because the one I sent apparently was not a standard bitcoin address so I researched bitcoin addresses and used a wallet that used standard bitcoin addresses.....even though the last agent I spoke with in live chat said I could only withdrawl through bank wire transfer and that I couldnt use bitcoin to withdrawl funds due to me depositing using a credit card..personally I think the excuses are neverending with this casino as to why they will not send you your money but I will have to just wait and see what happens next....stay tuned

Sadly despite repeated attempts to contact Raging Bull Casino to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.

Well amazingly enough I finally received one of my two withdrawl requests from Raging Bull Casino and now im waiting to see if they are going to honor my other withdrawl request thats ive been waiting on since the end of May 2019. I will update as soon as I hear something.

Yes I had responded to numerous emails with no return at which time I tried logging into my account to speak to someone in customer service and check the status of my second withdrawal and had been locked out of my account and was informed by customer service that my account was closed and I would no longer be able to access my account.
Here is a copy of the email that was sent to me after I was locked out of my account. [EDIT] (Support Center) Dec 23, 3:47 PM CET Hello [EDIT], This is [EDIT] following up on your ticket number [EDIT]. We regret to inform you that your casino access has been revoked. The decision is, unfortunately, irreversible. Any casino account can be closed solely at our discretion as part of our policies to ensure game fairness, the safekeeping of company assets, and our third-party payment service providers. Regards, [EDIT] the safekeeping of company assests and their third party payment service providers??? They act as if I was trying to steal from them when they are the ones stealing from me and then closing my account so that there is no record of it but I sent a screenshot that cleary shows a withdrawal request for $690
