Ragingbull - stinky rules, comp point withdraw denied

Ruling

Found for the Casino - As comp points are issued as a bonus and do not require a deposit they are by definition a 'No Deposit Bonus' and subject to NDB terms.

Player's Complaint

Feb 2nd,2019. Around 7pm-9pm (California).

I made 2 deposit ( total > $100) and lost. After that I redeemed 1000 compoint for $10 , i kept winning and won $4000.then drew back to $2,600. Happy ro stop. I decided to cash out some of it first

Then I talked to one of their REP name CANDICE.

She said under the rules you can’t only withdraw maximum $100!

Said about the rule blah blah blah. WHILE I CHECK ON www.ragingbullslots.com about the comp point it didn’t say anything about maximum cash out or minimum cash out from compoint.

This is ridiculous while I’m a decent player put down $4-$500 per week ( LIKE 3 MONTHS] to have some fun. THEY TREATED ME LIKE AN A$$ AND RIP OFF EVERY SINGLE DOLLAR I PUT IN.....VERY DISAPPOINTED

not only this, when I requested withdrawals, they keep asking to send out the documents required WHILE I ALREADY SENT 6 TIMES! KEEP DELAY MY WITHDRAWAL PROCESS(PLANET7).

exactly what happened to the other players.

THIS GROUP is ONE OF THE ROUGE GROUP . Please spread it out and stay away. STAY AWAY. US PLAYERS! DONT BE FOOL BY THEIR SWEET TALK! SPREAD THE WORDS! hopefully thepogg will consider to put them back on where they belong, THE BLACK LIST ONLINE CASINO.!!!

Hi zlegends - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. Comp points redemption would classify as a No Deposit Bonus as you do not have to deposit to receive the bonus. The terms and conditions at Raging Bull with regard to No Deposit Bonuses are as follows:

"3. Unless otherwise stated, the maximum withdrawal amount from any No Deposit Bonus is 1 time the face value of the bonus, with a minimum of $100. All free chips valued below $50 will come with a cash-out limit of no more than, nor less than, $100."

The above being the case I'm afraid there's nothing we can do to help you.
