Player's Complaint

I played bonus code win10000 I won 25000 which put me past wagering requirements I requested withdraw. I received emails asking for personal information I submitted it told it has been approved. Now time to pay after requirements were me withdraw was requested I left a balance I played roulette after it became available. I won fair and square and now have to reach conclusion.

As with your other complaint against SlotNuts you've chosen to play with an operator that is unlicensed, non-responsive to player complaints posted at this service and that is well known for this type of issue. I will contact the operator to see if we can find out anything for you, but you need to understand from the outset that the likelihood of success is low.

Hi Hesskevin84,

Unfortunately we've repeatedly tried to contact Real Vegas about your complaint and received no response what-so-ever to any of our efforts. At this point I have no reasonable expectation of this situation changing.

Alongside this, as Real Vegas do not hold any gambling license, we cannot direct you to any other body to escalate your complaint.

I'm sorry we couldn't be of more help!
