Read our Red Dog Casino Review.
I requested $2500/$2700 winnings payout which was the result of four deposits over three days. I found out after the first deposit that because I accepted a bonus I was ineligible to collect winnings because I'd bet over ten dollars even though I met $45000 of bets which was explained to me I needed to do as an option. I lost those winnings, so on subsequent deposits I didn't accept bonus and lost on the next deposit but the final two deposits / one in crypty 300 and one in Ccard 300 I won 2700 and requested 2500. After speaking with management they approved but required ID and BAnk account etc. and 5 days for deposit to reach my bank. ...Another week went by and was told they cancelled the payment because when I compalained about the 14% third party credit card charges and they refunded me in a bonus, that bonus disqualified me from winning.
Furthermore fter daily corresopndence over the folowing weeks EMAILING becuase they wouldn't connect me with billing, [EDIT] Red Dog Casino Host emailed me with daily threats of suing and blacklisting, I left VM and he finally emailed saying he's blacklisting me with credit card agencies and suing. I should explain that i reversed the CCharges because the amounts were not authorized with the 14% adjustment..etc This is why he's threatening me. Of my 2500 winnings the came up with a figure of 500 instead which the deposited in my bank. In total I deposited $1250 so after reversing 3 of 4 deposits I have close to no loss. They still got my crypto. I doubt they'll pursue but I'm concerned about legal action they are threatening.. What should I do next? I have weeks of emails and a good defense but this has ruined me on all online gaming for sure. Regards, [EDIT]

Hi Scoobydo - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
Firstly, if you've already issued a chargeback, I'm afraid there would be zero possibility of recovering winning funds. Any play would be considered void.
While we cannot give you legal advice and any comment we make should be considered with that in mind, it is very unlikely that the operator will take any action against you. Red Dog Casino are an illegal, unlicensed operator who have to disguise the nature of payments made to and from them as US banks would not knowingly process transactions to this operator. As such, reporting you to any of the banks would expose what they are doing. Likewise, given that this operator is illegal, taking legal action via the US court systems is unlikely to be a smart or advantageous strategy for them.
Finally, what the operator can and will do, is share that you've issued chargebacks against them with all of the associated businesses they work with. You will be blacklisted with these. And as it's impossible to say which businesses those might be, we would now suggest that playing with any unlicensed gambling operator is likely to be high risk for you. You may be able to deposit, it is highly unlikely you will be able to withdraw.
Thanks,
