Resolved - The term at Redbet stating that you cannot claim sign-up bonuses at multiple properties within their group failed to define which properties are in their group. As such Redbet have paid the player's winnings and will be updating their terms and conditions.

Hi,
I deposited €30 on RedBet and got a Bonus of €30 Euros.
After playing a while and fulfilling the requirements for the Bonus I withdraw €600.
The next day I got an email regarding point 7.1 of there terms & conditions:
7.10 Gaming Operator reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings if the Player or any person in the customers household has previously received a similar or equal bonus on one of our other brands. This applies to both sports betting and casino bonuses.
My winnings got confiscated and my €30 deposit was restored.
My complaint to there support was declined.
This is not acceptable. They take your deposit, grant you a bonus and in case your winning your winnings get confiscated because you have used a bonus on another casino of there brand?
How should I know as an ordinary guy which casinos belong to which brand? I think they should point this out clearly at the deposit, not after you have won some money.
Now I lost €600.

I've spoken to Redbet regarding this issue and they're going to recredit the €570 to your account. The specific issue here is that while the term does restrict players from taking sign-up bonuses at multiple casinos in this group, they don't list which brands are part of the group so you can't be expected to know that. Redbet will be updating their terms and conditions to address this.
