My final complaint as this is the biggest one I've had Redbird had asked me as a customer since 2011 I've gambled with them throughout the years and I've been excluded from time to time.
There has been long conversations with me and their customer service to them I have requested bonuses and begged to be added some bonuses when my money ran out their customer service in 2016 even went so far to ask me do you have a gambling problem you seem to be very compulsive gambler I finally complained with them in 2017 since I felt as if they did not take their social responsibility and take my gambling problem as a serious problem they already knew that I was a gambling addict as they prompted me with gifts and bonuses in my emails I have over 600 emails from Redbet.
First I was excluded from bertil.com (held the same license) that was in 2014 or 13 I still have the gambling exclusion email from them.
2016 I was excluded from their website winningroom.com I mean it's needless to say but I feel like they have allowed me to gamble while they were constantly knowing that I had a severe gambling problem they have been contacting me through the chat the same employees in different casinos. I have my full transcript list list of transactions made it to Evoke gaming Malta ltd throughout the years.
