Player's Complaint

My final complaint as this is the biggest one I've had Redbird had asked me as a customer since 2011 I've gambled with them throughout the years and I've been excluded from time to time.

There has been long conversations with me and their customer service to them I have requested bonuses and begged to be added some bonuses when my money ran out their customer service in 2016 even went so far to ask me do you have a gambling problem you seem to be very compulsive gambler I finally complained with them in 2017 since I felt as if they did not take their social responsibility and take my gambling problem as a serious problem they already knew that I was a gambling addict as they prompted me with gifts and bonuses in my emails I have over 600 emails from Redbet.

First I was excluded from (held the same license) that was in 2014 or 13 I still have the gambling exclusion email from them.

2016 I was excluded from their website I mean it's needless to say but I feel like they have allowed me to gamble while they were constantly knowing that I had a severe gambling problem they have been contacting me through the chat the same employees in different casinos. I have my full transcript list list of transactions made it to Evoke gaming Malta ltd throughout the years. But if they can solve this in someway their customer service representative [EDIT]" old me "stop asking about the withdrawals for amounts lower than 5000 kroner's just play them" take as I remember this please help me

While we understand your concerns, there are several factors here. Firstly would be that all the dates you have mentioned pre-date the existing legislation and that the rules prior to 2018 were far more lax than they are today. Secondly however, self-exclusions under the MGA license only apply to the property that you request them at unless you explicitly request that they carry over to other properties on the license. If you are seen to be using responsible gambling tools to manage your access to play, it demonstrates that you were aware of the tools that were available to you . Finally, if the operator has asked you where you were in control of your gambling, presumably if you've been allowed to continue playing you offered the agent reassurance that you were okay.

While we do wish that the MGA would tighten their responsible gambling requirements, what you describe above does not suggest any actions that were outside of the operator's license.

I would also add to this that Redbet/the William Hill group historically has refused to cooperate with this service. The chances of us being able to assist you, even where you can put together a viable claim, are slim.
