Player's Complaint


I joined RedFlush casino about 2 months ago and turned my deposit of 200 euros to about 6000 euros. I have requested a withdrawal and after submitting my documents, I received about 3000 euros. After that, my account was locked. Customer service told me that more documents (which I promptly submitted) and that more checks are needed. Since then, I have been enquiring customer service about my account on regular basis, but I failed to receive any meaningful answers as customer service keeps repeating that the security department is looking into it and it might take additional 48 hours.

I've heard from RedFlush. Due to some irregularities over a number of accounts they had to run some additional security checks that took a little longer than usual. They've now concluded those security checks and your account has been re-opened. You're free to withdraw your remaining balance at any time.
