Dear Sirs,
 
 My name is [EDIT]. On February 11, 2016 I registered with the redstargames.ru website. My login there is [EDIT]. At 19:05:38 on 2016-02-11 I made a deposit of 4.7317 BTC using the bitcoin payment system. Also I deposited $15 using Skrill: " On 17:52, 11 02 2016 CET USD 15.00 was transferred from your Skrill account ([EDIT]) to RSP Entertainment N.V.
 
 I made a Skrill deposit because, according to the support service of the redstargames.ru website, money withdrawal can't be made neither to bitcoin nor to mastercard bank cards, so they needed my details in another payment system. 
 
 After making deposits and having checked out the number of poker players on this website I decided that this poker room is not suitable for me because of the small number of players and their low activity. So I put my funds on withdrawal.
 
 On February 12, at 11:37AM I received a message from the website's security service to my email, which was totally different from what they said before: "Dear player! You have requested withdrawal of funds through Skrill. We had to cancel this transaction. According to our website's policy, the money withdrawal in the amount deposited can be made only to the payment system which was used to deposit it. Funds that were won over the deposited amount can be withdrawn to any payment system of your choice.
 
 You deposited money using Bitcoin and we can withdraw the funds to the same payment system minus the system's transaction fee, because the deposit was initially made not for playing, but for exchange operations. Your other option is to put stakes in casino worth $2000 or get 2000 loyalty points in poker to be able to withdraw funds to Skrill (you will not need to pay transaction fees in this case). Otherwise please confirm your bitcoin wallet and the amount deposited in bitcoins."
 
 Despite the inconsistency in their requests I decided to follow their advice and played the "European Roulette" in casino for over $2000, ending up losing $50 in the process. After that I put my money on withdrawal through Skrill once again.
 
 On the next day I tried to log in using my account [EDIT] only to realise that it's blocked. I contacted the website support using livechat and they told me that they suspect me to be a fraud - that's why they blocked my account. I asked them what was the fraud, because fraud is a deliberate deception to secure unfair or unlawful gain, whereas I have only a loss of $50 and no gain. Also, the operations on the website are visible to their security service and should be monitored by them. None of these questions were answered neither by the security service, nor the customer service. After that the security service requested my documents to verify my identity. I sent all requested documents and they were approved: "February 16, 9:49AM Thank you for sending the documents. The identity of the player is now confirmed. Access to the account is granted."
 
 I followed all rules and conditions that were told me by the security service to withdraw money from my account using Skrill (I had to make stakes in casino for over $2000), and requested withdrawal of my money to Skrill. After that I received another message that the withdrawal will be made only to my Bitcoin wallet.
 
 By that time the redstargames.ru security service contradicted its own words twice, leaving me with a very bad opinion about them. I decided to end up that back-and-forth dialogue and gave them my bitcoin account details for withdrawal, as they requested. 
 Here's what they wrote in response: 
 
 "Your account was permanently blocked by the security service for breaching the contract terms (item 17 https://www.redstarpoker.ru/terms) by making multiple account. Also, depositing money from a wallet that does not belong to the account owner, results in blockage of all accounts. Your account balance was cancelled/nullified."
 
 I consider this customer treatment absolutely unacceptable. In the first place, I didn't breach any rules. I did not create multiple accounts. The only account I have is [EDIT]. Secondly, their words that the deposit was made from an account which does not belong to the account owner don't make sense because Bitcoin accounts are anonymous – no personal details are provided in the registration process. Finally, my Bitcoin wallet is registered to the same email address as my Skrill wallet which I used to deposit funds at redstargames, and the very same email address that I used during the registration at redstargames.ru, which proves that this is my wallet.
 
 Please help me solve this problem, since I'm not guilty of anything they say I am, and they blocked my money. I would like my money to be returned to the wallets they were deposited from.
 
 P.S. All my quotes can be confirmed screenshots. I am ready to provide any information. My e-mail is [EDIT]
