Found for the Casino - This player has exceeded the maximum allowed bet term while playing with a bonus. As such there is nothing we can do to help them.
Player's Complaint
Reels of Joy, i can't find them on your list but believe they may have previously been called Ace? Reels of Joy Casino withheld my $20,000 payout. They claimed i bet more than $10 but my bet never exceeded $10. I purchased the feature based on a $10 bet which cost $1000 but at no point was the bet for more than $10, I have screen shits showing the $1000 purchase of the feature was based on a $10 bet.

Sadly there's nothing we can do to assist you with this matter. Bonus buy features are simply a single large bet on the outcome of the bonus feature. If you have placed a wager of over $10 on a buy a bonus feature then you have breached this rule and the operator are within their rights to consider the bonus contract void and reset both parties to pre-contract positions.
