Resolved - The player has received their funds so this case is considered resolved. However the terms that have come to light are very worrying. As such this group of operators will be move to Not Recommended status as long as they are carrying these policies.

I had a confusing situation at Rembrandt Casino recently and looking for help.
I've joined the casino in June and claimed a Welcome Bonus. I got lucky and had a win. After completing wagering requirements I requested a withdrawal of 2702 EUR. Due to casino limitations and procedures I managed to withdraw only 2000 EUR in two transactions. Remaining 702 EUR were voided by casino due to "long period of inactivity". I contacted the support with hope to resolve this situation. I explained them that it is not my fault that it takes so much time for them to complete all the necessary procedures. I also explained that as far as this was my first experience at Rembrandt casino, I wanted to make sure it was fair before continue playing, and long time verification took raised my concerns. In the end casino is refusing to pay the remaining part of my winnings.
I will appreciate any help!
