Made a withdrawal claim on 03 May 2021 for €5000. I have been through document and phone verification. Driver's licence, bank screenshot and utility bill.
I have chased the withdrawal several times to be told soon and to wait. The tone and flow of the conversations have been less than encouraging and honestly I'm concerned the £1500 I have used to deposit since the new year is basically fraud.
