Hi,
Made a withdrawal claim on 03 May 2021 for €5000. I have been through document and phone verification. Driver's licence, bank screenshot and utility bill.
I have chased the withdrawal several times to be told soon and to wait. The tone and flow of the conversations have been less than encouraging and honestly I'm concerned the £1500 I have used to deposit since the new year is basically fraud.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. I wasn't sure what a reasonable timeframe was and the answers from support of "wait" and "soon" did not fill me with confidence.
Admittedly the type of casinos I can register to do not have the best reputation, I have been burned by crazyno previously for €8000
