Player's Complaint


Made a withdrawal claim on 03 May 2021 for €5000. I have been through document and phone verification. Driver's licence, bank screenshot and utility bill.

I have chased the withdrawal several times to be told soon and to wait. The tone and flow of the conversations have been less than encouraging and honestly I'm concerned the £1500 I have used to deposit since the new year is basically fraud.

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 21st of May let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. I wasn't sure what a reasonable timeframe was and the answers from support of "wait" and "soon" did not fill me with confidence.

Admittedly the type of casinos I can register to do not have the best reputation, I have been burned by crazyno previously for €8000
