Resolved - The submitting complainant has become non-responsive to our repeated requests for additional information. As such we assume they have resolved their issue on their own.

I have had my withdrawal agreed by management but still waiting for payment it's been over 5 business days not including weekends since I had email telling me my payment has been approved but no payment so far. Also the casino takes ages with getting your withdrawal approved I have also got 450 euros which has been waiting for approval for 3 days. The staff on customer service are not helpful and quite abrubt advising me i will get paid.. But not giving any time scales. I have also written an email of complaint.
