Before I proceed to contact the casino there are a few things I need from you;

1) Can you confirm that this is the casino you wish to complaint about - hxxp://rialtocasino.com? (Replace the 'xx' with 'tt') If not can you direct me to the correct casino?

2) How much is the withdrawal for?

3) Have the given you any reason for your withdrawal being declined? Do you have any communication with them that you could provide me with?

Yes it is Rialto but they are under new management and call themselves RialtoVip Casino.
First they said I was declined I do not know why and I emailed them back and said that I had deposited at the casino in the past and have cashed out in the past and got paid, they then said I need to send ID so I did then they declined it and said I need to send all these documents I did even though I have cashed out when it was just Rialto, Then they declined me because I needed a bank account in my own name so I opened one and sent them the required docs they asked for. Then I was declined because I had not made a deposit at least 5 days before the request was made so, again I made a deposit then they decline me again saying they have to audit my account and if all the conditions are still met they would pay.  It is $150.00 and I have got the run around so bad I feel once they audit my account they will say something about the at least 5 days for a deposit or something I feel like they do not want to pay.

I'm aware of the take over of the Rome owned TopGame properties by the software provider. It seems to have been disharmonious.

I've contact Rialto just now and will inform you as soon as I hear anything back.

It has been a week since my last email from Rialto and I emailed them to ask about the status of my cash out and no answer have you had any luck?

I've tried to contact Rialto one final time today. If I don't have a response by this time next Friday (the 21st of March), I'm going to close this complaint as 'Found for the Player'.

Unfortunately Rialto support have failed to even offer a basic automated response to my repeated inquiries regarding your issue and if they won't talk, I can't do anything to support you.

Further to this, Rialto casino hold a Costa Rican gaming license. As far as players are concerned this is as good as being unlicensed, as the Costa Rican government do not have any resources in place to deal with any player issues.

Having just gone through as disharmonious take over where TopGame software annexed the casino properties of the Rome group (rightly or wrongly I couldn't comment), you'd think they'd be more interested in ensuring that their public image wasn't further damaged.

Just found out that Rialto is going to be up and running again tomorrow I am going to talk to them and see if they will honor my winnings, do you know who is taking over and if they have to or do not have to honor what is in my account? Would appreciate any help you could give me in this matter..

I'm glad to hear you have had some modicum of success. Unfortunately I'm as in the dark as you when it comes to this group. As I do not recommend playing with them - unlike other sites - I don't link to them, so I have no business relationship with them nor any inside contacts.

That said groups like this are often more responsive to me than players so I'll be happy to have another go at resolving this for you. Please ensure to keep prodding me though - as this complaint has been move to a closed status it will no longer show in my 'to-do' list, so it's far easier for me to overlook it.

I have been trying to wait for them to get up and running I did contact them and they were saying that the money in my account was bonus money and I tried to explain everything and they said I would have to talk to a manager have not done that yet I was trying to wait till I seen a deposit method and for it to let you do a withdrawal I would still like you help and advice on what to do next.

Rialto casino, who have recently been taken over by TopGame, failed to respond to any of our emails. Avoid all TopGame run casinos.

I can not get paid from Rialto Casino I have been decline so many times and every time they ask I send what they need I even made a deposit because they said it had to be within 5 days of my withdraw request. Now they have declined me again my user name is [EDIT] and my email for this casino is [EDIT]. 
 
 Please Help me I feel they can not be trusted.  The casino above is not listed and neither is other but they do run Rome as well I believe.
