Player's Complaint
Was highly disappointed to try and log on to find my account disabled. I have been fully verified and was trying to deposit but it was asking me for a 3d secure password which i have never heard of before and was asking them questions via live chat. My account balance was nearly $900 so it seems very convienient that it is now disabled for what seems like a deposit that was denied

3D secure confirmations are now widely used around the world. If you've not been able to provide this information for the payment method you were using it is going to create additional concerns regarding the possibility of identity theft. It's not unreasonable at that point that your account was restricted.
I'll contact the operator and see if we can find out what is required to resolve this situation.
