Player's Complaint
I opened my accounts on different casinos and signed up to casino rewards, I have many accounts apparently, due to ( I have just found out ) that my accounts were blocked, so I opened another one, funds have gone from my accounts, I have questioned this many times and was told they did not have the accounts in question, I have resigned up again and now all my accounts are closed and only the new one that I have opened is present, I didn't know you could make a complaint and I didn't know who to go to, I seen this on my email, and decided to do something about it, this has been ongoing for 12 months or so, I know I have lost heaps of money, for instance with rich casino I had over $1500 in my account I took screen shots and asked them where my money had gone, this happened x2 I think I still have the screen shots but unsure and both times my money went from my account, and I could not get back in ...so I haven't played there since , I tried to speak to them numerous times and they didn't have any record of my winnings, but I sent them a screen shot and it had the date, time etc....this happened on the 9 june 2017, the reason I know this one is because it was my wedding night and my husband went to sleep, so I logged on, and I had heaps of money there, and I had deposited, this has now happened with casino rewards, and royal vegas, jackpot city, ...I was absolutely outraged, and I let them know it ....
if you can fix this I would be forever grateful, because I am sick of being ripped off by these places,
my husband has accounts now that I have used, [EDIT] [EDIT], because all my accounts had been locked, and I enjoyed playing them, but I did not know they were, ripping me off, it would be alright if everything was legitimate, but I have found my account closure for the last time, and them taking my money that I won legitimately.

I'm afraid that you'd need to give us more information than you've provided before we could determine whether there's anything we can do to help.
1. Which operator are you complaining about? You've mentioned Rich Casino, Royal Vegas and Jackpot City. All 3 of these casinos are owned by different groups as far as we're aware.
2. How much are you contesting and when was each issue? If we go to the operator saying 'we don't know how much we're contesting or when the issues occurred' we're not providing them enough information to begin an investigation with any serious chance of identifying issues.
You also need to be aware that if you've set up multiple accounts under your own name at ANY online casino you've breached terms and conditions. No online casino allows players to do this.
And, if you've been playing on your husband's account you're again breaching terms and conditions. You are not allowed to play on someone else's account and you need to stop doing that now.
