Player's Complaint
I was playing the same deposit for a few weeks. I had zero bonus leathering left. I decided to withdrawl $1000 and play out the remaining 300 or so but lost all but .29 which was still in account. It took some time for me to finally get verified because they refused multiple documents but finally was verified aug 4th. I made the withdrawl via wire transfer and saw the withdrawl in transactions. Today I went to login and check and they had bLocked my account. I checked email and saw they sent an email saying they were permanently closing ,My account And voiding my winnings because they suspect me of fraudulent behaviour and they said they will refund my deposits within 15 to 30 days. This is absolute nonsense and it’s just not fair. I really hope there is something I can do to fight this
