Ridika - non payment

Found for the Player - The terms the operator have enforced in this instance we have been informed breach EU consumer law. We cannot support enforcing max bets on deposit only.

Player's Complaint

i gambled over 6500 in 1000 eoro increments euros took no bonus as i know they are so difficult to win with so i always decline them so this was money i deposited without a bonus

i played salon prive that allows high stakes after many hours i was left with a balance of 89900 ...i asked to withdraw and have now had a telephone call to say i have won nothing as my bets exceeded the allowed 30 % of deposit

i hadnt read this as i have never before had this if casinos take the bets i presumed they stood as bonifidi bets. i am devastated to be told i havent won anything yet they allowed me to keep depositing and staking high amounts surely if this is not allowed it should not be accepted when you put the stake on.

I stupidly didnt read the terms and conditions as i have only been restricted when i actuallly bet so it seems very unfair to take bets but not pay out but cover yourself in the terms and conditions

Thank you for your time in this matter

Hi lovethelinks - welcome to!

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to help you in this instance.

Firstly you should be aware that Ridika do not hold a UKGC license. As such they are breaking UK law when they accept play from UK residents. You should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license.

Secondly, Ridika are part of a group that are widely Blacklisted and unlikely to be responsive to complaints submitted with this service.

Finally, it has already been pointed out to this group that the term in question likely breaches EU consumer protection laws yet the group have refused to remove the term and continue to enforce it on players. They are not going to change their policies in this regard for this complaint.

I'm sorry we could not be of more help!

The gambling sector in the United Kingdom is entirely regulated and licensed by the UKGC – the United Kingdom Gambling Commission. Should players resident In the UK wish to gamble with foreign based operators there is no history of this being treated as a criminal offence, but high levels of protection exist for UK residents playing with UK licensed operators.
