Player's Complaint

I played on 26th June 2018 and deposited at total of 262.24 euros in the space of appoximately 1 hour and 10 minutes. All my deposits were at least 20.00 euros each the largest beig 22.24 euros. On my last deposit of 20.00 Euros I won 7,030.00 euros which i decided to withdraw.

Ridika called me two days afterwards, after me emailing my identification which they accepted and told me "When you joined our site you accepted and agreed to our Terms and Conditions, one of which states that no single bet may be equal to or more than 30% of your deposit amount.

Upon checking your gaming history our Financial Department found one or more bets which violate this Term.

This unfortunately voids your winnings and we will refund your non lost deposit of €20 to you.

They said there decision was final.

I used no bonuses at all during the night, and only played with my own money, I did however spin with big bets. These bets would not exceed their terms and conditions if the total hour and 10 minutes of deposits was taken into consideration.

They should not have allowed me to make such large bets, the option should not have even been available, I have never seen terms and conditions such as these before.

Unfortunately there's not going to be anything we can do to help you with this issue.

Firstly I need to make you aware that as a UK citizen you should only be playing with casinos that hold a UKGC license. Ridika do not have a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law when they accept your play.

While we entirely agree with you that the application of maximum bet term to non-bonus play is unacceptable - a view that is shared by the MCCAA, who have expressed an opinion that these terms would breach European consumer law - this group regularly do apply these terms and will not overturn them at our request. As far as they are concerned, the terms are clear and they expect you to follow them.
