have since deposited several hundred dollars using paysafe card as well as my account ecopayz.

I have successfully obtained one withdrawal of 50.00$ in two hours via my ecopayz account.

Last month when i do my withdrawal request, I received email asking me for ID. After more than a week After more than a week during which I sent my documents several times I finally got the confirmation by email that I was approved. However, in my client area on the site, it is still not mentioned that my photo ID has been validated. I contacted the service by email to verify this inconsistency and I was confirmed that everything was ok on file. I then made my request to withdraw the amount of $ 120. After a few days with mention waiting approval I contacted the customer service chat to inform me of the reason for this delay. It was then that the employee replied that of course as mentioned in an email (which I never received) my withdrawal request via my e-wallet ecopayz was rejected because the last deposit had been made via a good paysafe card and that for this reason, the withdrawal could only be done via my bank account (with which I have never made a deposit on rizk). My withdrawal request that I had locked was still locked despite their refusal of the withdrawal method, so I had to contact their service so that it unlocked everything to be able to redo the request according to the method newly required by them. Since two days the withdrawal was requested via bank transfer (as they required me) status has remained waiting approval. It has been about 1 month that I communicate with them for various problems and each time I have to refaire the complete explanation of the file since no note seems to be recorded in the accounts of the players. In addition, everyone tends to give conflicting information compelling me to spend a lot of time discussing in a language that is not mine (I speak French). The amount is not significant but I find unfair the practices in place on this site so I want to go to the end of this approach.

So, the bank number was right and they have a statement of this one. They refuse to send my money in my e-wallet ecopayz but they also verificated this one and I use many times to make a deposit on rizk.com.

Before we go any further - the last email you quote above asks you to provide a corrected IBAN/BIC number. Have you done this?

From memory Canada doesn't use BIC/Swift codes and as such this may be the issue you need to explain to the operator.
