Rizk – Withdrawal issue ( Casino not paying)
Resolved - The submitting complainant has become non-responsive to our repeated requests for additional information. As such we assume they have resolve their issue on their own.

I am writing this complaint with heavy heart . As per my understanding you are casino's ADR.
I made big deposit on this site , after winning some amount casino is not ready to process my withdrawal. I made request of withdrawal on 1/08/2020 and there's 4 withdrawal transaction totaling amount 175K INR still pending to be processed.
I love this casino but don't understand why they are not ready to process my withdrawal. Have contacted so many agents via live chat , email but still got same reply that your request is forwaded to relevant payment team . Soon they will process.
After many live agent contact they connected me with supervisor naming lola , now she's giving whole different answer that due to standard security check your withdrawal is delayed. Her comment doesn't add up because my account is already fully verified.
Don't understand why they are not ready to process . I have lost all hope and writing complaint about this casino so that no other users feel same experience and harassment what have been through. Please help me if you can , looking forward to hear back from you.
