Player's Complaint

 

It is rocket casino slots. First when you go to withdrawal your money the casino says free instant withdrawal between 30 -2500 dollars. So I withdrawal 2500 and than 500 I waited all day and nothing so I contacted them and the last said nobody worked weekends but I would see my money Monday morning. So come Monday I contacted them all day and they kept giving me a run around but at midnight Monday night they sent me a email saying my withdrawals were approved finally and that I would see my money soon. At 9 am Tuesday I contacted them tobletbthen know I still had no money go rom them even though had been approved 9 hours ago.i was wondering because my other casino always pays out right after they say it was approved and that's when they told me it takes 5-7 buisness days to get paid. I told them they need to start being honest with people because now I just lost out on a truck I wanted to buy and I lost the deposit I had put on the truck because I believed my withdrawal was instant than I believed I was getting paid Monday than Tuesday I arranged a ride to find out nope I still have 5- 7 more days of waiting. This is so wrong on their part and I am deeply unhappy and just lost 1000 dollar deposit of my own money and a truck I really wanted to buy.

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
