Player's Complaint
So I created an account on Royal Panda, deposited £300 and started to play.
I lost the money playing slots which I hold my hands up too. However , I was told to send in my documents to approve my account which was done but then my account was closed and I was told it wouldn’t be re opened due to duplicate account I don’t remember having.
My argument is, how was account created and the documents approved if I had a duplicate account with a sister site
I asked about a deposit refund but they have denied this.
I have a screen shot from the online chat with a members of their online team saying my documents were approved , I’m more than happy to send the conversation over.

Hi warrior112233 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
When document checks are conducted at point of registration these are basic in nature - confirming that the submitted documents look legitimate, match the details you registered with and that you are indeed of age to play. The photos are not compared to every other photo in the operators ID database.
This means that if the details you have used to register are different enough to have got past the automated systems, verifying ID will not result in duplicate accounts being detected.
I'll contact the operator and see what we can find out for you.
Thanks,
ThePOGG
