Player's Complaint

On the 12th may this year i deposited £10 on the royalbet.com casino

and i sent my i d documents in straight away to avoid payment issues. it said 24 to 48 hours to be verified.

i managed to win £1960 in that time but i wasent allowed to withdraw but they hadent verified me so the balance was just stuck there bearing in mind it was covid lockdown to. i went into live chat and asked if they can help me withdraw it so i dot spend it and they said u must wait till ur account is verified . anyway the time scale is up and the following day i contact live to see why my account hadent been verified . they said theyd send the team another email to get it sorted the next day still nothing . i was starting to get frustrated and angry by this time nothing was being done , i just wanted my winnings. it eventually got to the following day where i was that peed of and angry i was fuming it was making me ill trying to get live support to understand i just want my winnings . i then turned back to the casino and lost my winnings in pure anger and frustration. its been all this time and im still thinking about what winnings i could of had and it was all because of there actions. i feel sick inside and gutted still to this day it made me really ill thinking about it.

details on my game play are from the 13th may history on my account.

the casino has no idea how they have made me feel

i self excluded from them in pure hate for whatt they have done to me. i want compensation off them for making me go through that and making me feel bad in myself .
