Ruby Royal - withdrawal refused

Ruling

Found for the Player - Ruby Royal once again refused to respond to notifications of a complaint. These types of 'play to get paid' situations are an entirely unacceptable practice and Ruby Royal casino, and by extension the Revenue Jet group, should be avoided by all players.

Player's Complaint

Hello My name is [EDIT].([EDIT])

I had huge problems getting my deposit approved when Ruby Royal demand a lot of paper/numbers/photos. When I finally got the deposit through it was denied.

They say I have to deposit MORE money to deposit my winnings that have reached all requirements.

They say they have a rule that say that you can deposit depending on your 'activity'.

I have been a member for like 3 weeks and been playing almost everyday. Can they demand me to deposit more? I don't trust the site now, and really don't feel comfortable depositing more money to get my winnings.

They also took away the bonus I got, they said, if I win I don't get the bonus. Incredible!! Instead of €850 they said I could withdraw €750. And now, I have to deposit money to get the money out. This is really not a trustworthy casino

Hi bingorimer1 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

I'll start off by saying that this is not a casino you should trust. Ruby Royal are part of the RevenueJet group who are widely Blacklisted for their mistreatment of players and have previously claimed gambling licenses they did not have.

While several groups do have 'activity' rules which restrict withdrawals based on the activity level of the player, and yes Ruby Royal do carry such a term, I've never before heard of this rule being used to restrict withdrawals entirely. The standard practice is that the casino will reduce the amount that can be withdrawn if the player continues to play.

Personally I would strongly recommend not making any further deposits to Ruby Royal. The chance of further issues is high and you're probably just throwing good money after bad. There's every chance that you'll have further issues even after making the deposit.

That does mean that any funds you currently have in Ruby Royal are to all intents and purposes gone.

Regarding the removal of bonus funds - there's nothing unusual about this. The type of bonus that Ruby Royal give out is called a 'Sticky' or 'Non-Redeemable' bonus, which means that while you can withdraw any winnings generated when playing with the bonus, the bonus itself will be removed from your account when you try to withdraw. This time of bonus is common across the industry.

I'm afraid to say it's unlikely that I'm going to be able to do anything further to help you. Ruby Royal do not hold a legitimate gambling license and this group has been unresponsive to previous player complaints.

Nevertheless, I will try and contact them and see what I can find out.

Thanks,

ThePOGG

Hi bingorimer1,

Unfortunately, despite repeated attempts to reach Ruby Royal casino regarding this issue, the casino have remained unresponsive.

As such there's really nothing more I can do for you. I'll be marking this complaint 'Found for the Player' and I would like to warn other players against playing with this group.
