Ruby Slot – refused cashout

Ruling

Found for the Casino - This player refused to comply with standard KYC procedures and became abusive, threatening and expressed unacceptable bigoted views when we decline to support them.

Read our Ruby Slots Casino Review.

Player's Complaint

I deposited $30 in ruby slots early hours this morning 29/07/2016 and won £211.73 and asked for a cashout, I refused to send the id they asked for as I do not trust them and they wanted far too much id , I mean like everything photo id bank cards proof of address my signature everything, my reason was I did not trust and now having done some checking up on them it seems I was right not to trust as they have got a bad name and have changed there name before, they never ask for all this id before they take money out of my account do they! this should not be allowed to happen.

Hi Mo11y - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

I'm afraid to say that what you describe being asked for is a standard KYC security verification that happens across the industry at the point where a player makes a withdrawal. Before we could do anything to help you, you would need to comply with these anti-fraud verification checks.

Thanks,

Hi Mo11y,

If I've not heard back from you by Friday the 9th of September I'll assume you no longer want our help with this issue and close this complaint.

Thanks,

Hi Mo11y,

As I've already explained to you the documents requested are a standard anti-fraud procedure. If you won't cooperate with the operator then you won't get paid.

Sorry there's nothing further we can do to help you.
