Player's Complaint
The name of the casino is samosacasino.com. I filed a complaint with MGA and they told me to come to you first.
Oct 10th I made a $100 deposit and it never showed up. I have went to live chat every day and get told the same thing "we will look into it" We are almost on day 4. I have provided them with the transaction. I have spoken to the ewallet company and they told me the money was accepted by the casino 3 days ago and there is no reason the casino cant trace it themselves.
If they kept up contact with me at all I would probably wait but now I see other complaints about them from other players and the casino telling them to wait a couple of weeks and then get back to them. Which I dont think is the proper way to deal with this.
First they told me to come back in a few hours and they would credit it. Which I did but they didnt. They told me to come back in 12 hours and they would credit it. They didnt. They told me to come back in 24 hours and they would credit it. They didnt.
I feel like its probably a good idea to bring in some outside help. I feel like it's probably some glitch and dont think the casino is a scammer but I also dont think they care enough because they still allow the same deposit method up and new players continue to complain their money is missing

With the greatest of respect you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 30th of October let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.
