i was called by silveredge casino say i had funds in my account that need play so i went and play .then i ask them how i go about cashing out and the told me my [EDIT] that i could not cash out any of my winnings .because they said i used a chip but if the funds was in my account .how did i use a chip.with out taking it .i told [EDIT] that i did not but he tell me i cant get my money with out making a deposit again and i would have to play all the 3084.95 down to 5 dollars before i can make a deposit again.i have not been playing in the casino sent march but they say i have .but my wife and me have been playing in another casino so we no it was not use that was playing. can you help me with this .
