This situation with SKYCROWN casino is a huge headache they wanted proof of my last deposit from my bank account in the month of October. So I sent over 10 documents including a pdf file of the month of October with every single transaction I made. you can see the account number name address everything very clearly. I have no clue what’s going on with their verification process. I was dealing with another casino at the same time for verification sent the same info and was verified within hours. With skycrown casino there’s something fishy going on it doesn’t make sense. All my doc are pending not being checked only two were checked and approved my pdf file is still pending it’s been days very frustrating dealing with this casino it been weeks When this situation is over I definitely won’t be playing here again. They really don’t treat their customers well

Nothing they wanted proof for a deposit in October I sent them my full month of October in a pdf file days ago and everything still pending like they’re not even looking at what I sent. I don’t understand what’s going on with them
