This situation with SKYCROWN casino is a huge headache they wanted proof of my last deposit from my bank account in the month of October. So I sent over 10 documents including a pdf file of the month of October with every single transaction I made. you can see the account number name address everything very clearly. I have no clue what’s going on with their verification process. I was dealing with another casino at the same time for verification sent the same info and was verified within hours. With skycrown casino there’s something fishy going on it doesn’t make sense. All my doc are pending not being checked only two were checked and approved my pdf file is still pending it’s been days very frustrating dealing with this casino it been weeks When this situation is over I definitely won’t be playing here again. They really don’t treat their customers well

Skycrown Casino - keeps cancelling my withdrawal when I already sent all my necessary docs info pdf files etc to verify my account don’t know what’s going on with this casino never had this problem with any other online casino
