Found for the Casino - This player has become entirely unresponsive and failed to provide the required permissions to discuss their account. As such we have no alternative but to rule the case in favour of Sky Vegas.

Player's Complaint
Signed up too Sky Vegas, took initial bonus of £10, played all the play through requirements, won £400, used PayPal to deposit and withdraw funds had to deposit £5 to add PayPal. On 5th April 2017 I withdraw £405 via PayPal. My account was suspended and Sky Vegas asked for ID documents, this was emailed on 6th April 2017 3 times consisting of copy of UU Full(photo) Driving Licence, Utility bill, and sceenshot of my PayPal account showing my details. My account remains suspended I have followed Sky Vegas complaints procedure and my winnings have still not been released and my account remains suspended. Sky Vegas acknowledges they received all my documents.
