To put this matter into some context:

- You have made what would be considered a very large deposit.

- You are submitting a request for a very large withdrawal.

- You have submitted documents during the verification process that are non-standard in nature and appear to have had sections hand written, raising questions about their authenticity.

- You are resident in a jurisdiction that is currently subject to significant international sanctions.

Sadly there is nothing we can do to assist you in this matter. Even where you are married, you are not the legal owner of payment methods in your partner's name.

Slot Hunter casino has clear terms prohibiting making deposits to your account from any 3rd party payment method. Where you have done so the operator are within their rights to consider all play with those deposits void and refund the deposits.

Hi tomo86,

The documents are irrelevant at this stage. If you have deposited via someone else's payment method, you have breached terms and the operator are within their rights to consider the play void.

As to blocking - the payment details are not something that is verified automatically and a breach of this nature would require manual inspection, which happens prior to withdrawal.

I understand that you are disappointed, but all we can advise is that you ensure in future that any payment method you use to deposit to any gambling operator is in the same name as registered on the account.

There are a variety of reasons that the operator may have requested the provision of these documents, from ensuring that the operator has sufficient evidence to rebut any chargeback requests to making determinations regarding whether to allow continued access to their services. As already stated, this has no bearing on whether or not you are entitled to be paid your the winnings from this violating deposit.
