Player's Complaint

Hello, on 1st and 2nd August I deposited my Third deposit and got bonus on Slothunter. I deposited 100 euros and got 50 euro bonus and a 6000 wager.

I completed the wager within the terms and condition, never did a bet higher than 5 euros, after the wager was done and completed 100 percent I went higher with 10 euro bets.

I won a total of 7930 euros that I was supposed to withdraw, I sent in and verified my account and got a green light.

Suddenly the day I was about to get money from withdrawal they deleted my balance AND deleted the bet history and claiming that I broke the terms and conditions with higher than 5 euro bets per spin. This never happened. I have asked them for evidence of this but they wont budge at all, they wont help me out. They removed my bet history because they know its wrong of them to just take my money like that. I feel scammed by this licenced casino. I would never go this far if I knew I made a mistake during the wager, then its all on me, but in this case I did nothing wrong.. SO I have been trying to talk with support and different people but they wont answer me on anything.

I hope you guys will take a look at this, a 7930 euro loss like that is very sad for me.

I have evidence of my deposit and attempt withdrawal from that day.

Hi fayleee,

I've reviewed your play history at Slot Hunter and sadly we cannot uphold your claim.

On the 02/08 at 17:30:17 server time you deposited €100 and received a 150% bonus - the third deposit bonus - of €150, giving you a total balance of €250. This bonus came with a wagering requirement of 40xbonus (€6000).

You then went on to play Doom of Egypt, Bonus Bunnies, Berry Burst Max, Legacy of the Dead and Rise of Merlin, moving your bet between €1 and €5.

At 18:49:30, having completed at total of 1115 spins and €3593 of the wagering requirement you increased your wager to €10, in excess of the €5 maximum allowed bet while playing with a bonus. In short bursts you did this dozens of times throughout the remainder of the wagering requirement.

Sadly, as you have violated the bonus contract the operator are within their rights to consider the contract void and reset both parties to starting positions.
