Player's Complaint
Already and of November when it happened.
I made a deposit plus 50% bonus 100 Euro+ 50€, wagering rules max 5€ Bet, before every game I was reminded, so I played, I started bonus buys, no reminder no notice.
In total I had a amount of 2300€ I checked every time the wager bar, to see if I’m wagering or not, when it was completed, I wanted to withdraw 1800 euro, no problem, I continued playing with the 500 euro.
After view hours I got a mail, that the 1800€ are confiscated, because of breaking deposit rules.
I tried to communicate and ask, why the watering bar was done and all the reminder were gone then.
No answer.
I wrote to MGA for that happening and to casino guru, and they took my case, slot hunter in the beginning were answering, but then they stopped, they deleted my game history as if I didn’t play that day and I hadn’t any winnings and just “muted” my case.
MGA and Casino guru gave the pogg address because they said something totally is wrong here, lucky me, slothunter forgot to delete the bonus wagering list of the day, so I took a screenshot as evidence.
I feel like they conceited and trying to steal my winnings, why do they delete my history of that day!
I want my winning and I seriously need some help for that.
There was in the end not even one moment when I had the 2300 euro on my account, that it was worth anything!
Please help me!

Hi justjosh-fr - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 22nd of January let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.
Thanks,
