Player's Complaint

Hello. I made a deposit of 1500 rubles. Played without bonuses. Passed the account verification. Requested a withdrawal of 2000 rubles. The casino does not pay out, the online support says that they can not name the terms of payment.

I consider the casino's behavior to be fraudulent. Please help me resolve the issue. Sorry for possible errors in the text, I do not know English and use an online translator.
