I've normally played jammin jars and legacy of egypt and Ramses book before I increased my efforts, I have checked really again if I have made a Wager of 5x or I can play normally again . i only done bets over 5€ when the wager was done" after I manage that, I later played, I have won this money, and I paid . because of this withdrawal took so long, I asked why ? it is only tested in the Chat .... so I waited then I ate lunch and I had about 1400€ on the account ( real money ) and these payouts as you can see, may have an extra 200€ and steps 78 x made you could see via my E-Mails in the Screenshot . and the reason I would have played on the Bonus bet. would be nice if you help me

Hi jojo89,

I've reviewed this issue with the operator and sadly we are unable to support your claim.

On Saturday the 22nd of May you went onto Live Chat to ask when your Saturday cashback would be credited. The agent credited your cashback and you started playing Jammin' Jars. From your very first bet with the bonus, you were betting 8EUR, exceeding the maximum allowed bet of 5EUR. Approximately 10min later you did drop your bets to compliant levels, but that is not before over 160 breaching wagers. Further through your play, before completing the wagering requirement, you again raised your bets, this time betting as high as 30EUR/spin.

That being the case you have breached the bonus terms of use and the operator are within their rights to consider the bonus contract void.

Sorry we could not be of more help.
