My account with Slothunter Casino has been suspended with a balance of 22,000 thousand dollars. They informed me of the slothunter management that they confiscated my profits and no profits were paid to me. They claim that they are right and they have usage policies, but this is not true because I have the full right. Well, I will explain things fully and also the problem that they call it

I was residing in the state of Germany and I was registered with Hunter account and I was playing and everything was normal after that I ended my work in Germany and I decided to return to Dubai at that time before I left the state of Germany I stopped everything related to me from bank accounts as well as online accounts Also Among them I suspended my account at Hunter Casino, my address was completely canceled, everything related to my documents in Germany was canceled, and I left the country And this is a decision that was taken by me because I know I did not return to Germany, so I stopped and canceled everything related to the state of Germany

Upon my arrival to the United Arab Emirates, the city of Dubai, and after seven months of my stay in Dubai, I decided to play in a casino, and I opened a Hunter Casino and registered a new account with my new information and residence in Dubai, which included my address, name, date of birth, my bank card, and everything was real. I deposited $500 and gambled until I made $22,000 in winnings.

Hunter casino staff contacted me via email and told me that you are an active player and you have a VIP service. They asked me for my identity documents and I submitted them in full. They confirmed my identity and everything is normal My identity has been confirmed.But When I requested the amount for withdrawal, they deactivated my account.

Well why didn't they close the account from the beginning!! Why, after realizing the profits, did they make the decision?

They claim that I have two accounts, but the first one I closed completely also. If I have logged in to my account registered with the German identity data, this is considered null. How do I use an account that was documented on a German identity, and I have already canceled my identity card inside Germany and My address in Germany has been cancelled

Is it correct that I logged in with my new data from the new country!!

Therefore, it is natural for me to register a new account using my new identity data and a new address in the United Arab Emirates

So I am filing this complaint against Hunter Casino and claiming my entire winnings of $22,000.

I own a commercial company in Dubai and I know the importance of customer complaints, so I decided to take the first step by filing a complaint through you. I hope this dispute will be resolved through you.

It is not a good idea to file a court case against this casino with evidence

Slot Hunter Casino terms of use contain the following:

"Each player can create only one personal players account per person, household address, email address, telephone number, ip and shared computer. Creating multiple user accounts by a player will lead to termination of the accounts and confiscation of any gained winnings and active bonuses."

The above term is clear - you are only allowed to create one account. It does not allow any exceptions in this matter. If you have changed your address/country of residence, the correct thing to do is contact the operator's user support and inform them of this. They can then manage updating your original account's details.

Unfortunately, if you have opened a second account, you have breached this term and that account, and any play on it, would be considered void. Can you tell me how much you have deposited in total to the second account?
