Dear Sir or Madam, I heard from my son about the online casino Slothunter.com. I deposited € 50 and used the bonus of 200%. I converted it and made a profit of € 2890. Now the casino refuses to pay me my winnings because of this I use my son's smartphone and his internet because I was visiting with him

Titel: payment denied [EDIT] Country: Germany Online Casino: Slothunter.com Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to explain the situation to you again.  My son told me about the site Slothunter.com and the 200% deposit bonus that I use with € 50 and played on his smartphone because I don't have a suitable device with which I could play, I also used his internet and his device, i.e. I have an IP address  no double account at Slothunter.com it was my first account at all.  What I do not understand my account was not blocked I asked the live support after my winnings (2890 €) were withdrawn I can now deposit and play with raw money if I win then I can withdraw I do not understand this logic.  Thank you for your effort, but it's really not fair. Hi nota008,

Unfortunately in that case there is nothing we can do to help you. Slot Hunter carry the following term:

"Only one bonus is awarded per person (e-mail or IP address), unless stated otherwise."

If both you and your son have used the same IP address to claim a bonus you have violated the bonus terms. As such the operator are within their rights to consider the bonus contract void and reset both parties to starting conditions.
