Good day,

At around 12:39 p.m. on July 15th, 2022 I played a round of Deal or No Deal due to a website-related bug, I was not able to accept an offer and I could not claim the prize of €9000, but I was simply assigned the last suitcase.

I hope you can help me, the live suport said I should please contact you.

The operator's support told me i should write you to recover my win cause they cant see when bugs happen to the game that doesent denie a win
