Player's Complaint
Hello, I've been playing at Slothunter for a long time and I'm also verified there. Yesterday 11/12/2022 I made a usual deposit of 200 and played the game Propaganda. In round 6 about I won the sum of about 180, -. This win was not credited.
I contacted support and they told me that the amount would be automatically credited tomorrow, i.e. on November 13th, 2022. But that was not the case. So I continued playing yesterday and made another deposit. Today I wrote to the support again and asked what happened to the profit. The answer was:
Your winnings declared void.
Delaying any game round in any game, including free spins features and bonus features, to a later time when you have no more wagering requirement and/or performing new deposit(s) while having free spins features or bonus features still available in a game is prohibited.
Players doing so agree to have their bonus and associated winnings declared void.
Thank you for understanding.
But what's the point? I've been playing for years and I've never been called a cheater. Even after this win I was able to deposit again and continue playing, why wasn't this a scam?
I would like the profit to be credited to me.
