Slot Luv – Wont process my withdrawal


Found for the Player - Once again SlotLuv, or more specifically the RealVegas group, have failed to pay a player and failed to offer any explanation as to why.

Player's Complaint

Please help I registered with a casino call Slot Luv. I deposited and received a bonus. I played through the required amount and then made a withdrawal. After sending in my documents and numerous chats online. I keep getting the same response there waiting on accounting and should take 7-10days. I first made the withdrawal on 6/07/16 for a $1002 and I then resubmitted on 28/07/16 since then there's no movement and is there anyway you can help. I didn't know slot luv was part of the mighty slots and I've read lots of reviews about people not getting paid. I've also found out that slots inferno are part of the same group who I have registered with to whether this will affect me I do not know. I'll contact SlotLuv and see what I can find out. I will say in advance that you are right, this is a group that is by standard non-responsive to dispute mediators and there are many cases that we've seen recently involving non-payment of players, so I hold out no great hope of success.

As a UK player you would be far better off sticking with UKGC licensed operators in future.

I'll let you know if we hear anything from the operator.

Thank-you ile be talking and keeping on customer service everyday or two to find out what they are playing at and going to do about it. I'd they refuse to pay me do I have a legal chance at reclaiming my money.

Hi Philip1981,

Unfortunately we've had no luck getting a response from this group.

The reality is there's nothing that you can do other than keep hassling them. The group you've chosen to play with are unlicensed, unregulated and are non-responsive to dispute mediators. While we had some limited success getting some players paid previously, that only happened while we had a responsive contact within the group. Since that point we've been unable to do anything to help the group of players that haven't been paid by the RealVegas group. It's also worth pointing out that this is the most complained about group at this site in the last 2 years.

I'm sorry I can't offer a more positive response but we will continue to try to contact the operator for the time being.

Hi Philip1981,

Unfortunately we've had no response what-so-ever from this group and I'm now giving up. I will warn you now that one of the other properties owned by this group - Mighty Slots - has gone offline in the last few days. That may not mean anything, but personally I'd take that as a very bad sign.

I will be referring this issue on to the UKGC as this group are not licensed to accept players from the UK.

Sorry we couldn't be of more help.
