Player's Complaint

After requesting payouts totaling $7,000.00 USD all of a sudden they can't wire transfer my withdraws to my Chase bank account and say they don't send checks anymore even though their site still says that they do. Now they tell me that they will only pay me in Bitcoin, I have no clue what this is. I am old and disabled and just want the money that I am owed. I have been playing there for years with no issues util my withdraw actually added up to good money but not even close to what I have deposited,
